Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Alien Frenzy: Deluxe Edition ships free with Regular Parcel Post.

Regular Parcel Post
• Flat rate: $9.95 per order.
• Sent via Australia Post with tracking (2–6 business day).
Express Parcel Post
• Flat rate: $14.95 per order.
• Sent via Australia Post with tracking (1–3 business days).
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or regional/remote locations.
A tracking link or number will be provided where available once your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control, but we will assist you in following up with the carrier where possible. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at sales@cometsquid.com (sales@cometsquid.com)within a reasonable time so we can help investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace, or refund it. Contact us within 30 days with proof of purchase and photos.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened items.
· You'll receive a full refund (excluding original shipping).
· You pay return shipping (use tracked post).
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds for opened/used items.
Email sales@cometsquid.com (sales@cometsquid.com)with order number, reason and photos. We'll send instructions within 2 business days.
